Gilad Gat CEO of GSV has over 17 years experience in managing and leading public companies in the US and internationally. He has vast experience in international financial markets and has successfully raised over $ 75 million to publicly trading companies in the US and internationally.
As Chief Executive Officer Mr. Gat has turned GSV from a distressed company into a stable public entity while raising funds and getting rid of litigation and debt.
Experienced in commodity trading Gilad has successfully identified and concluded numerous international transactions. Among other accomplishemnts are managing a $ 300 million portfolio invested in public companies.
Mr. Gat obtained an MBA from Hebrew University in Jerusalem majoring in international finance and information systems. He also holds a BA in economics from Hebrew University. |
