Gidgett Callaghan, Vice President, Reimbursement directs all Centrad reimbursement functions including customer service, patient intake, billing, collections and order entry, which are all centralized in the company’s General Offices located in Naperville, Illinois. Gidgett has 15 years of experience in claims processing, accounts receivable and collections management (in both Homecare and Long Term Care Markets) in the product segments currently offered by the company. Ms. Callaghan’s expertise includes knowledge of claims filing procedures with nearly all third party payors, the systems used by payors to process claims, provider number procurement, HIPAA compliance, regulatory compliance and collections. She was instrumental in developing the company’s proprietary operating system, SmA/Rt, which is used to manage Centrad’s Accounts Receivable with a diverse Payor Source Mix .
