Giancarlo Civita started at Abril in 1982 as a trainee at the group's printing works. In 1990 he became TVA Programming Director followed by General Director of MTV Vice President of the Thematic Unit Vice President of the Entertainment Division and Vice President of the Youth Unit. In February 2003 he left his executive functions within the group to become Vice Chairman of Abril's Board of Directors and start his own business. He has a Bachelor's degree from ESPM and a post-graduate diploma from Harvard Business School. |
