As President Mr. Decker oversees all contract operations, business development activities, and organizational development initiatives. His operational focus is on ensuring customer satisfaction through sustained superior contract performance within all performance parameters. His business development focus is on winning strategic programs by offering customers practical, value-added solutions. Organizational development initiatives are aimed at ensuring a streamlined effective corporate infrastructure.
Mr. Decker’s has a diverse 25-year career in the professional services industry. He has held a variety of technical, marketing, and operation positions including operations research analyst, management analyst, systems analyst, proposal manager, capture manager, Vice President of Business Development, contract manager, division manager, and Senior Vice President for Base Operations and Energy Programs. In these roles he has directly developed and managed billions of dollars of profitable business for several companies including CSC and DynCorp.
Mr. Decker holds a Master of Science Degree in Information Technology Management from George Mason University (2001), a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, Operations Research Major from George Mason University (1984), and is certified as a Federal Government CIO from the CIO University (2002). |
