Ms. Allison served as Senior Vice President, Director of Human Resources and General Counsel for American Investment Bank, N.A. in Salt Lake City, Utah. She has also served as a corporate officer and counsel for a state chartered bank and an Industrial Loan Corporation. Ms. Allison's practice has included areas such as regulatory compliance, documentation of commercial loans and consumer financial services products and employment law.
