Dr. Parker has served as a director of FEI since July 2001. Dr. Parker held a variety of positions at Intel Corporation (‘‘Intel’’) from 1969 to 2001, where he served most recently as Executive Vice President. During his tenure at Intel, Dr. Parker also served as Senior Vice President of the company’s Technology and Manufacturing Group from 1989 to 1999, where he managed worldwide manufacturing. From 1999 to 2001, Dr. Parker was General Manager of Intel’s New Business Group. Dr. Parker serves on the board of directors of Applied Materials, Inc., a supplier of products and services to the semiconductor industry. Dr. Parker holds B.S.E.E., M.S.E.E. and Ph.D. degrees from the California Institute of Technology. |
