Gerard M. McCabe serves as Executive Vice President and Corporate Counsel. Mr. McCabe was formerly a corporate transactional attorney with the international law firm of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, LLP, in its Philadelphia office with a practice focused on representing emerging growth businesses and public companies regarding mergers and acquisitions, corporate and venture capital finance, securities, contract and general corporate law matters. Prior to that, Mr. McCabe served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of New Jersey, as well as a commercial litigation attorney with Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads, LLP, in Philadelphia, handling commercial litigation, corporate investigations and white collar criminal defense matters. Upon completion of law school, Mr. McCabe served as law clerk to Chief Judge Louis C. Bechtle of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mr. McCabe graduated cum laude from Temple University School of Law in 1992 and received his B.A. from The College of the Holy Cross in 1986. |
