Mr. Johnson comes to ProLink Solutions from Eaglepicher Incorporated in Phoenix, where he served as Director of Operations. From 2003-06, Mr. Johnson oversaw a range of departments and guided operations at six plants in the United States, Canada and China while greatly increasing efficiency and reducing costs through Six Sigma data-management practices. (Six Sigma is a statistics-driven method of assuring quality in any process from manufacturing to service and a Black Belt is considered a master of these techniques.) From 1999-2003 Mr. Johnson served as Plant Manager for Collins & Aikman, a $240 million automotive industry supplier based in Oklahoma City. His accomplishments included a 95-percent reduction in reported defects and a 91-percent improvement in employee safety. Mr. Johnson’s prior experience also includes stints as Business Team Manager and Senior Production Supervisor for TRW (Mesa, Ariz.) as well as Team Manager for Raychem Corporation (Fuquay-Varina, N.C.). |
