Gerard K. ("Jerry") Rodriguez is a member of Husch & Eppenberger's Litigation Department and Labor & Employment Practice Group in St. Louis, Missouri. Jerry's trial practice focuses on business and employment litigation predominantly in the areas of trade secret litigation, business ethics, and contractual enforcement. Jerry's business-trial experience is nationwide in both state and federal courts. At last count, Jerry had successfully tried numerous trade secret, non-competition/non-solicitation, and fiduciary duty cases in no less than fifteen different states and numerous additional federal courts across the country.
In addition to his extensive business litigation practice, Jerry also represents management and advises employers on litigation prevention, defending employment discrimination claims, and a range of employer and management training and development programs. Jerry has additional expertise developing, instituting, and defending both internal and external management compliance programs, including affirmative action, diversity, and employee/executive compensation programs.
Prior to joining Husch & Eppenberger, Jerry also served as in-house employment and business litigation counsel for Washington University in St. Louis and Washington University School of Medicine.
