Gerald Weston has been a director of the Company since December 2004. Mr. Weston is also a member of the Audit Committee, Compensation Committee and Stock Option Committee. Mr. Weston is a Certified Public Accountant and is an owner of an accounting firm since 1985. From 1982 to 1985, Mr. Weston was an Audit Manager in the firm Kern, DeWenter, Viere, CPA's in St. Cloud, Minnesota. Prior to 1982, he had various positions and served in the United States Air Force. Mr. Weston received a Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting from St. Cloud State University, St. Cloud, Minnesota in 1979. |
