Gerald Marsden and has been with Eisner & Lubin LLP since 1963. He has been a partner since 1973 and a managing partner since 1976. Jerry has developed superior expertise in accounting and auditing services for privately held companies in the real estate, finance, manufacturing, distribution, service, not-for-profit and retail industries. In addition, he has been instrumental in advising companies on growth strategies. Jerry takes pride in Eisner & Lubin’s strong, enduring ties with clients. “Our partners’ relations with our clients are built on both a business and personal level. Some of these relationships have continued from generation to generation,” he says. Jerry serves on the Real Estate Committee of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Accountants. Jerry received his B.S. in accounting from Hunter College of the City University of New York. He continues his professional education in auditing, accounting and taxation. He has served on various committees of these organizations and frequently contributes to trade publications. Jerry resides in a New York suburb with his wife. When not traveling, they enjoy spending time with their children and five grandsons. He is also involved with several charitable organizations both on Long Island and New York City. |
