Gerald Lebert is the co-founder and Vice President of New Dawn Solutions. Jerry has 25 plus years of experience in the high-tech industry specifically focused in the Document Imaging, optical and image character recognition (OCR / ICR) technologies, data entry/data completion systems, high speed document transports, databases, and departmental and enterprise wide networks. Jerry's thoroughness and his skills of devising the best algorithm and approach to an engineering problem have won him a lot of praises in the industry. Some of Jerry's previous experience includes design and development of assembly language applications for early OCR page reading systems. He has converted an early touch-tone insurance agent entry system from PL/I to COBOL. He has modified and maintained corporate mainframe applications. Prior to co-founding New Dawn Solutions, Jerry serves as a Senior Business Analyst. At Recognition Jerry holds the unique distinction of being the first engineer in the world to develop a Check Image Statement Print Application. |
