As executive director, Gerald Holt guides and oversees McDonough’s administrative departments and business strategy. He has more than 28 years of executive business management experience, including 20 years of work with law firm administration and management. For six years, Gerry was an independent consultant to small- and mid-sized law firms in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he specialized in firm wide strategic planning, including attorney compensation systems, financial profitability, marketing and business development, information systems and administrative operations. He also served as a management consultant with Hildebrandt International, where he worked with large- and mid-size firms across the country in strategic planning and financial reviews, and Holt has held director and executive director positions with multi-national and medium-sized law firms. |
