Mr. Greenberg is a partner in the Business and Finance Department and chair of the firm's Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Area. He received his bachelor's degree from Dickinson College, graduating summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, and received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School. After practicing law in New York City for 11 years, Mr. Greenberg joined Taft Stettinius & Hollister in 1987 and has been a partner since 1990. He has broad experience in advising corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships in general business and transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, equipment leasing, project finance, bank loans, asset securitizations, leveraged buyouts, and public and private securities offerings. Mr. Greenberg is admitted to practice law in the States of Ohio and New York. He was named an Ohio Super Lawyer by Cincinnati Magazine and is recognized as one of only five Ohio attorneys in the venture capital category in The Best Lawyers in America. |
