Mr. Strong has been a director of our company since July 26, 2006. He currently is a Managing Director of Cerberus Capital Partners’ operations in Europe. Mr. Strong has extensive senior experience in a number of industries, including airlines, global communications, retailing, and consumer products. He has served senior roles in the restructuring and building of a number of international businesses in his career. Mr. Strong was Chairman of the Advisory Board on Telecom Security to the government of the United Kingdom from 2002 to 2005 and President and Chief Executive Officer of Teleglobe International Holdings Limited. He is also a member of the Governing Council of the Ashridge Business School, a Director of NewPage Corporation and Chairman of Virtual IT. Mr. Strong received his BA with honors from Trinity College, Dublin.
