Gerald P. McCartin is a partner whose practice focuses on representing clients in mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures; counseling clients regarding Sarbanes-Oxley and corporate governance; developing capital structures and acquisition/disposition strategies; preparing disclosure documents, such as proxy statements and prospectuses; and preparing stock option and compensation plans.
Prior to joining the firm, Gerald was a partner with Hunton & Williams, LLP in its capital markets group, and a partner with Arent Fox Kinter Plotkin & Kahn, Pllc in its corporate and securities group.
