Gerald P. McCartin is a partner whose practice focuses on representing clients in mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures; counseling clients regarding Sarbanes-Oxley and corporate governance; developing capital structures and acquisition/disposition strategies; preparing disclosure documents, such as proxy statements and prospectuses; and preparing stock option and compensation plans.
Prior to joining the firm, Gerald was a partner with Hunton & Williams, LLP in its capital markets group, and a partner with Arent Fox Kinter Plotkin & Kahn, Pllc in its corporate and securities group.
In General. Gerald received his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center in 1979 and his bachelor's degree, cum laude, from Georgetown University in 1976. |
