Mr. LeBow has been involved with the broadcast and wireless technology industry for more than thirty-five years. Most recently, he co-founded and served as co-chairman of Vytek Corporation, which was merged with California Amplifier (NASDAQ: CAMP) in April 2004. Mr. LeBow is one of the founders of Sage Broadcasting Corporation, a NASDAQ-listed company that owned and operated twenty-two radio stations across the country. Prior to founding Sage, Mr. LeBow was a consultant to the Bosch Corporation in Hildesheim, Germany, and helped develop wireless alerting and warning technology for NATO. Mr. LeBow co-founded and was a vice president of AmeriData Technologies, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange-listed reseller and integrator of computer equipment and provider of computer consulting and other services that was acquired by General Electric Capital Corporation in 1996. Mr. LeBow holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from the University of Rhode Island. Mr. LeBow holds numerous Federal Communications Commission licenses, is a member of the Society of Broadcast Engineers, the FCC EAS task force and has held amateur radio license K2SMC since 1955.
