Gerald L. Maxwell currently serves as Rosetta Resources Inc.’s Vice President of Human Resources. Mr. Maxwell joined Rosetta in May 2005 as an independent consultant setting up the human resource function in preparation for the company’s initial private placement and separation from Calpine Corporation. In November 2005 he accepted a full-time position with Rosetta as General Manager Human Resources before becoming Vice President in May 2007. Before beginning his consulting practice and ultimately joining Rosetta full-time Mr. Maxwell was Vice President Human Resources for several of El Paso Corporation’s business units both domestic and international. Prior to El Paso’s acquisition of Tenneco he was Director Human Resources for Tenneco Energy. Mr. Maxwell has also held human resources positions at Quintana Petroleum Anadarko Petroleum Coastal Corporation and in the financial industry. He holds dual Bachelors degrees in management and economics from Houston Baptist University. |
