Gerald J. Castro is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm’s Chicago office. He is a member of the Corporate Department where he concentrates his practice in all aspects corporate and real estate transactions.
Jerry focuses his practice on transactional matters with emphasis on the acquisition, leasing, disposition and financing of commercial real estate. He also practices in commercial lender representation, including the documentation, negotiation and execution of real estate based financing transactions and acquisition financings.
Prior to joining McDermott Will & Emery, Jerry served as Office Counsel and Assistant Vice President with Chicago Title Insurance Company, where he oversaw the closing of transactions totaling in excess of $1 billion in value.
Jerry is admitted to practice in Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association and Chicago Bar Association. |
