Gerald J. Angeli joined the Company in April 2000 as Vice President DMS Product Supply. From March 2001 to November 2005 Mr. Angeli served as the Company's Vice President of Worldwide Engineering and Technology and from June 2004 to November 2005 he also served as a Managing Director of Concord HK Limited the Company's Hong Kong subsidiary. On November 22 2005 Mr. Angeli was appointed to the newly created position of Senior Vice President Director of Operations and on April 3 2006 he was appointed to serve as an Assistant Secretary. Prior to joining the Company from July 1997 to April 2000 Mr. Angeli was Vice President Global Manufacturing and Products Supply for NCR Corporation's Systemedia Group where he was responsible for manufacturing customer service distribution and logistics. Before that Mr. Angeli was employed by Kodak for 20 years in various capacities most recently as Manager of Worldwide Manufacturing and Supply Chain and Vice President Consumer Imaging. |
