Mr. Wedren is currently the owner and President of Craig Capital Co., a Washington D.C. and Miami based firm concentrating on mergers and acquisitions, business turnarounds and liquidations since 1972. Since 1960, he has been associated with several firms in both business and legal capacities. Mr. Wedren was the owner and President of Little Tavern Shops, a chain of approximately 30 fast food restaurants in the Washington, D.C. and Baltimore, M.D. areas from 1981 to 1988. He currently is a director and chairman of the Compensation Committee of American Eagle Outfitters, Inc., having served since 1998. In May 2007, Mr. Wedren was appointed as a director of Westaff, Inc., a publicly-traded light industrial staffing business based in California, and serves as a member of its Audit Committee and Nominating and Governance Committee. |
