Gerald C. Crotty has been a director since August 2002 and has served on our Audit Committee since July 2003. Mr. Crotty co-founded and since June 2001 has directed Weichert Enterprise a private and public equity market investment firm. Weichert Enterprise oversees the holdings of Excelsior Ventures Management a private equity and venture capital firm that Mr. Crotty co-founded in 1999. From 1991 to 1998 he held various executive positions with ITT Corporation including President and Chief Operating Officer of ITT Consumer Financial Corp. and Chairman President and Chief Executive Officer of ITT Information Services Inc. Mr. Crotty also serves as a director of AXA Premier Funds Trust. |
