Gerald A. Poch has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors since May 2004. Mr. Poch has served as Managing Director of Pequot Capital Management Inc. the investment manager/advisor for Pequot Private Equity Fund III L.P. and Pequot Offshore Private Equity Partners III L.P. since January 2000. He is also a Managing General Partner of both Pequot Fund and Pequot Partners. From August 1998 through January 2000 he was a principal of Pequot Capital Management Inc. and co-leader of Pequot Fund’s and Pequot Partners’ venture capital team. From August 1996 to June 1998 he was the Chairman President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Capital Information Technology Solutions Inc. a technology solutions provider. Prior to that he was a founder and served as Co-Chairman and Co-President of AmeriData Technologies Inc. a value-added reseller and systems integrator of hardware and software systems. Mr. Poch is also a director of Analex Corporation and Andrew Corporation both are publicly-traded companies. In addition Mr. Poch is a director of a number of private companies. |
