Jerry Conradi is the managing partner in the San Diego office of Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo. He represents California school districts, community college districts and special districts in employment law, administrative law and labor relations. He has acted as chief negotiator in over 300 negotiations, mediations, and fact-findings under the Rodda Act, the Meyers-Milias Brown Act and the Agricultural Employment Relations Act. He has also litigated numerous personnel, school law and labor relations cases, acting as lead counsel or associate counsel in several precedent setting cases before the California Supreme Court. Before joining Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo, Mr. Conradi served as Deputy Schools Attorney for San Diego Unified School District, and in 1974, founded Brown & Conradi APLC, a statewide management public sector law firm specializing in representation of school districts and other public sector clients. In 1997 Mr. Conradi brought the attorneys and staff from Brown & Conradi to Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo and opened the San Diego office. Mr. Conradi is admitted to practice before all California courts and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the State Bar of California and the San Diego County and Imperial County Bar Associations. Mr. Conradi is the author of numerous articles prepared for symposiums for public sector clients. In 1997, he served as a faculty member and presenter for the National Business Institute's symposium on California public school law. He has appeared as a guest lecturer for graduate courses in school district management and is a frequent presenter at client training seminars.
