Mr. Wicker joined SAND's senior management team in 2000. He came to SAND from Lockheed Martin Corporation, where he amassed 32 years of experience in high-technology products and services, holding executive level positions in general management, program management, and finance. Mr. Wicker was also President of Nucleus International Corporation, from which SAND Technology purchased the Nucleus technology in 1993. A member of the SAND Technology board of directors since 1996, he helped shape strategic decisions as the company brought its revolutionary data management solutions to market. Mr. Wicker holds a B.A. in Political Sciences, an MBA in Financial Management from the University of Santa Clara, and a Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University. |
