He was a former tax partner with the accounting firm of Deloitte Haskins & Sells (now Deloitte & Touche) and regional director of the law firm’s personal financial planning services.
Mr. Weinstein was also formerly of counsel to the law firm of Ruden, McClosky, Smith, Schuster & Russell, PA, in Boca Raton.
He is a specialist in estates, trusts, and tax.
He has taught as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Miami School of Law.
