George S. Schmidt , a resident of San Jose, is a Senior Vice President and Commercial Lender for the Bank. He brings 30 years of banking experience serving the small to mid-market business sector. He is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington, Graduate School of Business. Until December of 2000, Mr. Schmidt was Vice President and Manager with Bank of Santa Clara.
Prior to joining Bank of Santa Clara in 1996, Mr. Schmidt served as Vice President and Manager at Bank of The West. Previously he was with Wells Fargo Bank after their acquisition of Crocker National Bank where he was an Area Manager. Prior to Crocker Bank, Mr. Schmidt was with Bank of America. His banking career started in San Francisco with the last 22 years being in the Santa Clara Valley. |
