George Groff has over 20 years of leadership experience working in high growth, dynamic business environments. George has an extensive history of leading companies to dramatic increases in revenue through his expertise in acquisition integration, internal growth strategies, performance improvement and strategic business planning. He has served as President, Founder, Director, COO, and CFO for Fortune 1000 corporations, startup companies, and venture capital forums.
While President of a national IT professional service company, George increased revenues from $4MM to $42MM over a 6-year period and successfully integrated several acquired companies, boosting internal growth rate 29% in the first 6 months of integration. George has also sourced and negotiated investments for venture capital funds, successfully executed private equity placements for companies, provided performance enhancement leadership to companies, established acquisition programs, and developed management teams for a variety of corporations in a wide array of industries.
Prior to his business career, George served as a 1st Lieutenant in the United States Army. He is a California Certified Public Accountant, with an MBA from Golden State University and a BA from Gettysburg College.
