Mr. Chuang brings over 12 years of professional experience in private equity, corporate management, strategic consulting, and startup advisory. Prior to Epic Partners, Mr. Chuang was the Founder and Principal in his own firm investing and advising early-stage Internet and technology companies. Between 1997 and early 2000, he served as a senior staff to the Head of Lehman Brothers' Global Equity Sales, where he assisted in the management of a global equity sales force of over 400 professionals. His primary responsibilities included coordination with Equity Capital and Research, top tier accounts marketing and strategy development. Prior to Lehman Brothers, Mr. Chuang was an Engagement Manager with the strategy practice of Price Waterhouse Management Consulting Services, focusing on financial services and the technology sectors. He advised several top financial services and technology organizations such as American Express, Prudential, CIGNA, CoBank, TIG, Galileo, and Pitney Bowes. Mr. Chuang currently is a director of Helma Institute and serves as its acting CFO. Mr. Chuang's other professional experiences include financial analyst positions with United Technologies and Chase Manhattan Bank, and associate consultant with Putnam Hayes & Bartlett, an economic management consulting firm. Mr. Chuang is a former advisor of Arena Networks. He has also guest lectured at Columbia Business School and Manhattanville College. Mr. Chuang holds an A.B. in Economics from the University of Chicago and an M.P.P.M from the Yale School of Management. |
