George Pratt specializes in commercial litigation, representing plaintiffs and defendants in various breach of contract, business tort, real property and other lawsuits. He has extensive experience representing parties in business bankruptcy proceedings and emphasizes creditor representation, having represented many financial institutions and other creditors in bankruptcy cases throughout the Intermountain West. He has been listed in Utah Business Magazine’s Legal Elite for business litigation in 2007 and 2008. He was also listed in the "2007 Mountain States Super Lawyers" for his work in business law.
George graduated from Yale University in 1976 and from the University of Utah College of Law in 1981, where he was a member of the Utah Law Review. Upon graduation George served as a law clerk to Judge Aldon Anderson, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Utah. |
