Bill Singleton concentrates his practice on representing management in both labor and employment matters, with a focus on Title VII, ADA, ADEA and FLSA.
Prior to joining Ford & Harrison, Bill spent almost 20 years working in manufacturing in a variety of engineering and production supervisory positions, including plant manager. He has worked in both union and non-union facilities, and managed major engineering projects in the U.S., Mexico and China.
Bill is admitted to practice in most Tennessee state courts. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association and the Memphis Bar Association.
During law school, he served as Managing Editor of The University of Memphis Law Review.
