Mr. Wyper is the founder and managing member of Wyper Capital Management, L.P., which he founded in 1998. He was Senior Managing Director and a member of the Operating Committee of Warburg Pincus Counsellors, Inc from 1994 to 1998. He served as Chief Investment Officer of White River Corporation from 1991 to 1994 and as President and Chief Executive Officer of Hanover Advisors from 1992 to 1994. Prior to 1991, he was Chief Investment Officer of Fund American Enterprises from 1988 to 1990 and Director of Fixed Income Investments for Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company from 1987 to 1988. Mr. Wyper serves on the boards of the Yale School of Management, the American Numismatic Society and the Museum of Rhode Island School of Design.
