George E. Zobitz is a partner in the Firm’s Corporate Department. Jed works in all areas of our corporate practice. Currently, his practice focuses on complex syndicated loan transactions, primarily in the context of acquisition financings and leveraged recapitalizations.
Jed was born in New York, New York. He joined Cravath in 1995 and became a partner in 2003.
