George E. Purdy
Profile : George Purdy is a partner and co-chair of the Litigation Group. Mr. Purdy assists clients with a variety of complex business and commercial litigation, including medical malpractice claims, hospital credential disputes, intellectual property litigation, products liability and asbestos defense and defense of class actions. He currently serves as national coordinating counsel for asbestos litigation for Cummins Engine Co., Inc. Mr. Purdy received his juris doctorate, cum laude, from Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis. He regularly presents risk management seminars to various clients and claims investigation and direct action litigation presentations to insurance company clients. Mr. Purdy is admitted to and qualified to practice before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, and all courts of the State of Indiana.
