Geoff Hogan has 20 years of extensive business development, marketing, sales and general management experience in the storage, data management, and software infrastructure market segments with both large organizations and start-ups. Prior to joining Imprivata, Geoff was the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Alliances at Princeton Softech, where he was instrumental in defining and executing the company’s strategic database archiving business strategy. At Princeton Softech, Geoff was responsible for developing business opportunities, partnerships and acquisitions to support the company's long-term strategic initiatives. He helped reposition the company from a focus on horizontal base technology to comprehensive end-to-end vertical market solutions, including the development of strategic relationships with PeopleSoft, Siebel, Amdocs, BMC, Veritas, HP and IBM. Prior to Princeton Softech Geoff has held senior level positions with HighGround Systems (acquired by Sun Microsystems), Quantum Corp, and Digital Equipment Corp. At HighGround Systems, Geoff drove and managed relationships with key strategic partners Compaq and Veritas. At Quantum Corp., Geoff helped grow the DLTTM tape business from <$100M to $1.5B over a four year period. |
