Geoff Hoffmann joined DHR International in 1999 and has served in various capacities during his tenure with the firm. Mr. Hoffmann began his career with DHR as an analyst in the research department and has since progressed throughout the firm to his current role, Executive Vice President of Strategic & Global Operations. In addition to his international operations responsibilities, Mr. Hoffmann oversees all corporate marketing, public relations, internal recruiting, global research and strategic planning function responsibilities. Previously, Mr. Hoffmann had been an integral part of the strategic planning process of the company and provided fresh thinking on global recruiting and operations. He is currently executing on his plan to open DHR wholly owned offices around the globe and has initiated the firm’s global public relations and branding strategy set to launch in 2007. Mr. Hoffmann also serves on the Financial Services Practice Group as the subsidiary head of hedge fund recruiting. He has received numerous high marks from clients, several of which are highlighted in the firm’s Financial Services Practice Group brochure. In addition, Mr. Hoffmann serves on the board of Hoffmann Holdings Inc., which maintains ownership in DHR International and several other private entities. He is also a member of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Chicago’s Associate Board of Directors as well as a trustee of the Hoffmann Family Philanthropic Foundation. Mr. Hoffmann holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Miami University and is currently completing his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago. He and his wife Megan reside in Chicago, Illinois
