Mr. Stoever formerly worked for 32 years with KPMG Peat Marwick, retiring in 1993. While with KPMG, Mr. Stoever was a designated SEC Reviewing Partner responsible for advising clients and reviewing all filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission. His industry expertise includes extensive work in the energy industry, business combinations, initial public offerings and SEC filings. Since his retirement from KPMG, Mr. Stoever has served on several boards of directors for private companies, several of which were SEC reporting companies due to publicly held debt, and has served in the capacity of audit committee chairman.
Mr. Stoever received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting, with honors, from the University of Texas at Austin, and he is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas, having previously been licensed to also practice in the states of North Carolina and Louisiana. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants ("AICPA"). |
