He is a CPA and earned his B.B.A. at Georgia State University. Gene's Move story When my wife and I acquired our first home, we carefully inspected the premises on multiple occasions and resolved all construction issues prior to closing. Several days after closing, but prior to the move-in date, the subdivision construction superintendent entered our home and "appropriated" our thermostat to accommodate a neighbor's problem. We arrived anxious and excited on a late December for "moving day" and entered a frigid 25-degree house with 3 wires protruding from the thermostat hole! |
