Geetha Nadiminti is a member of the Business Immigration group in Atlanta. She concentrates her practice on business immigration, including human resource audits, employment authorization and Form I-9, and temporary working status and permanent residence for professionals and international transfers. In addition, she has experience drafting employment policies and responding to discrimination claims brought against employers. Geetha also provides analysis of federal and state-specific employment laws regarding drug-testing, leaves of absence, discrimination, and the hiring/termination of employees.
Prior to attending law school, she served as a Research Assistant for Political Research Associates, a public policy think tank in Boston, where she performed research on a range of political topics.
She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the American Bar Association.
