Prior to joining Micro-Power Ms. Sher-Jan owned a management consulting firm, OnCourse Group, Inc., providing strategic human resources, organizational design, strategy development, change management and executive coaching services to large, medium and small companies in high-tech, manufacturing and healthcare industries, as well as governmental agencies. Prior to her founding OnCourse Group, Ms. Sher-Jan worked for Hewlett-Packard in a variety of management roles including manufacturing and human resources. She holds a BS in Information Systems from the San Diego State University. Ms. Sher-Jan serves on AeA’s Executive Board and the Boys and Girls Aid Society Board of Directors. |
