Gayle Weibley joined Maidenform June, 2006 as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources. She is responsible for the overall strategic direction and development of Maidenform’s internal Human Resources practices and policies globally.
Ms. Weibley was most recently the Executive Vice President of Right Management Consultants, a human resource consulting firm with offices in 36 countries and over 4,000 people globally. She has over 15 years of experience in managing human resources with organizations of varying size ranging from a mature multi-billion dollar insurance company to a global eBusiness venture. In addition, Ms. Weibley has almost 10 years of experience as a business management consultant, focusing on large scale, organizational transformation initiatives for companies.
Ms. Weibley graduated magna cum laude from Temple University with a multiple major in Music, Education, Theatre, and Psychology. She obtained her Master’s Degree in Human Organizational Science from Villanova. |
