For more than a decade, Gayle has held roles within the Human Resources function covering: Benefits & Compensation; Recruiting & Staffing; Organizational Development, Operations, and Employee Relations. Most recently, she served as Director, Human Resources for Emisphere Technologies, Inc. Prior to Emisphere, she spent approximately five years in the Human Resources group at (OSI) Eyetech, and was an integral part of building the original infrastructure for the Eyetech Business Unit.
In addition to these positions, Gayle has also worked for companies such as Priceline.com and PepsiCo in the Administration and Human Resources departments. Currently, she is completing her graduate degree at Columbia University, Teachers College in Social-Organizational Psychology, and holds a Bachelors Degree from the State University of New York, College at Purchase. |
