Mrs. Van Horn has been with JPBE since 1996 and brings broad experience and expertise in the management of human resources to JPBE. Prior to joining the Company, Mrs. Van Horn served in various human resource capacities for Booz-Allen & Hamilton, Inc., Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Maryland and Evaluation Technologies, Inc. Mrs. Van Horn has managed all aspects of the human resources function, with emphasis on staffing and retention planning, performance management programs, benefits and compensation systems, change management, regulatory compliance, and employee communications. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education from Albion College and a Master of Business Administration from the Sellinger Graduate School of Business at Loyola College. |
