Gay S. Mayeux joined Willbros in December 2005 as Vice President of Finance and is responsible for the Company’s treasury and finance activities and corporate business development with respect to acquisition prospects and due diligence requirements. She is a CPA with over 30 years of experience in management of international operations financial and operating reporting financial planning and business process design and implementation. Ms. Mayeux has previously been employed in senior financial positions with McDermott International Inc. Input/Output Inc. Hydril Company and Weatherford International Ltd. She is a graduate of the University of Mississippi with honors with a B.B.A. in Accounting. |
