Gavin M. Bowie was born in San Diego, California. Mr. Bowie graduated from Wake Forest University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and history. In 2004, he received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. During law school, Mr. Bowie served as Articles Editor of the South Carolina Law Review and authored Rule 404(b)’s "Other Acts" Character Flaw, 54 S.C. L. Rev. 495 (2002). Prior to joining the Firm in 2005, Mr. Bowie served as a law clerk to the Honorable Stephen M. McNamee, Chief Judge of the United States District Court, District of Arizona. Mr. Bowie is admitted to the State Bar of California, and his practice focuses on complex securities litigation. |
