Gary Warech joined Simmons in October 2001 as Director of Integrated Marketing, responsible for sales and marketing of Simmons' nationally syndicated research products and services, custom research solutions as well as the company's data integration capabilities. Now Senior Vice President of Experian Research Services Business Development, Gary leads Simmons' efforts in serving the advertising, alternative media and marketing/promotions communities.

Prior to joining Simmons, Gary was Vice President of Harris Interactive, responsible for sales and new business development with a particular focus on the Sports & Entertainment Research Practice-a corporate division he created and managed. Before joining Harris Interactive in 1998, he spent four years as Vice President, of Client Development, at Host Communications Inc. (HCI), the nation's largest collegiate sales & marketing company representing the NCAA and other collegiate properties. While at HCI, Gary was responsible for corporate sales, development & execution of integrated corporate marketing programs. From 1986-1994, he served as director of sports marketing for the Woolworth family athletic retail divisions-Foot Locker, Lady Foot Locker and Champs Sports-where he managed brand image and advertising programs, developed event marketing strategies and community-based cause marketing programs as well as launched new brands.

Currently, Gary is an adjunct professor of sports and entertainment marketing research at New York University and was an adjunct professor of sports marketing and public relations at Adelphi University. He is also a frequent guest lecturer at Columbia University and New York University, where he received his B.S. degree
