Mr. Roffe is a Senior Vice President of Miller Global, joining the company in February 2007. Mr. Roffe has practiced law with a national law firm in the corporate finance, securities, real estate and general business law areas for over ten years. He has structured complex financing transactions secured by real estate, represented a real estate investment trust listed on the New York Stock Exchange, represented public companies in the areas of securities compliance, represented public and private companies in securities offerings, conducted due diligence research with respect to $1 billion dollar debt financings and represented banking institutions in lending transactions.For fifteen years, Mr. Roffe owned and operated a national brand chocolate manufacturer, retailer and wholesaler. During his ownership, he designed and opened retail locations and a new manufacturing facility. He was responsible for financial controls, national sales expansion, design and manufacturing quality and efficiency. During his tenure, the company employed over 150 people and sales increased by a multiple of five. Mr. Roffe graduated in 1978 with a B.A. in history and English from the University of Colorado and received his J.D. in 1981 from the University of Colorado School of Law. |
