Gary Ritacco brings almost 30 years of business experience in telecommunications and operational management. He has led eCOMM with distinction since 1984. During his time at eCOMM, the company has grown from a small start up business to a multi office company with over 80 employees. The company now services over 9,000 customers throughout the United States. As CEO, Gary has led eCOMM's successful venture as a leading provider of telecommunications products and services to small, medium and large sized enterprises throughout the state of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. eCOMM has received awards for being a top dealer many leading manufacturers; Executone, Inter-Tel, Mitel and Nortel. Several times eCOMM has been recognized as the top independent dealer in the United States. Recently, the Technology Assurance Group - TAG - recognized eCOMM as an outstanding member with distinctive financial, customer service and sales results over many years in that organization. TAG is an international organization that provides the industry's most advanced sales, technical, management and financial education to over 100 member companies in the USA and Canada. Gary started in sales at Executone of Philadelphia in 1978. He quickly rose through the ranks to branch manager then Vice President of Operations before joining two partners to found Executone Telephone Systems with acquired offices in Reading and Harrisburg in Pennsylvania. The company quickly grew both organically and through acquisitions. Currently, eCOMM operates offices in Lancaster and Malvern in PA. He takes pride in growing the business from humble beginnings to a leader in the market today. Gary believes passionately that growth in an enterprises revenues and profits comes from the core principal of treating customers and employees as partners. Gary grew up in the Philadelphia area attending Ridley High School and West Chester University. |
