Gary Rifkin joined NorthMarq Capital, Inc. in November of 2006, bringing with him over 25 years experience in commercial real estate lending. Prior to NorthMarq, Mr. Rifkin was Vice President and Co-Branch Manager of the Omaha office for Capmark/GMAC Commercial Mortgage. Before that Mr. Rifkin was Vice President and Manager for the Commercial Real Estate Department for Norwest/Wells Fargo Bank in Omaha, and was affiliated with other Omaha based commercial mortgage banking companies. Over the years he has originated, underwritten, and placed both construction and permanent loans with Banks, Life Insurance Companies, Conduits, Agencies, Savings & Loans, and Pension Funds.
Professional affiliations include the Nebraska Mortgage Bankers Association and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Mr. Rifkin received a BA from the University of Houston with a major in Political Science. |
