Gary Pilibosian has been our president and chief executive officer since July 2004 and has been a director since October 2004. He has extensive experience in designing, developing and introducing new proprietary products to the automotive industry. He joined our company after serving from July 2000 to July 2004 in a number of key executive positions at Sanden International, a company that manufactures air conditioning compressors, from January 1998 to July 2000 at Robotic Production Technology, a company that designs and manufactures robotic manufacturing systems, and from April 1989 to January 1998 at Dan T. Moore Company, a company that develops and manufactures advanced materials for automotive and other commercial applications, as well as serving as an engineer at General Motors from December 1984 to April 1989. He has a masters degree in business administration from the University of Michigan and a masters and bachelors degree in mechanical engineering from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan. |
